There are many schools in Kwazulu Natal that do not have the necessary infrastructure. Piped water, water borne sewerage and electricity supply are some of the needs. There is also a shortage of classrooms. Business Education Partnerships can lead to a decrease in this number!
Many schools have challenges that don't require capital expenditure ! What do you suggest that these schools do to embrace development!
